This Refund Policy describes how we manage refunds.


Returns

We do not take returns, as we provide 10 Days free trail for Zeal.Biz. You can try our services and if you are satisfied, then purchase Zeal.Biz. If your order is not delivered within 7 Days, as per carrier tracking info, we will return your money to the same account you have placed the order. Kindly contact support@zeal.biz to raise the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your Zeal.Biz is damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged Zeal.Biz with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery to support@zeal.biz
Once approved for a refund, we will send you an email notifying you that we have refunded your purchase. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-4 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
